Casting is not just about finding faces, it is about finding the right people to bring a story to life.

Founded by Casting Director Sahaj Bhadoria, Starshade Casting is a casting company dedicated to feature films, web series, OTT projects, advertisements, and television productions.

We believe that effective casting begins with a deep understanding of the story, the characters, and the director’s vision. It goes beyond discovering fresh faces or conducting auditions. It is about identifying the right talent, understanding the nuances of each character, and finding performers who can bring authenticity and depth to the narrative.

At Starshade Casting, we work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand the requirements of every project. Our approach combines a strong understanding of the filmmaking process with a keen eye for talent, character suitability, and the demands of the camera.

Backed by a dedicated team and a constantly evolving talent network, we strive to make the casting process organised, collaborative, and precise. From discovering new talent to identifying experienced performers, our focus remains on delivering casting choices that serve the story and strengthen the filmmaker’s vision.
